By downloading, accessing, or using the Wove app or website (collectively, the "Services"), you agree to these Terms of Use and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our Services.
Wove provides a fabric analysis tool that evaluates clothing based on fabric composition, microplastic risk, PFAS concerns, and sustainability. Our scores and grades are based on the information available to us and are intended to be informational and educational.
You agree to use the Services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to use the Services in any way that could damage, disable, overburden, or impair the Services, or interfere with any other party's use and enjoyment of the Services.
To access certain features, you may need to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
The Services and all content, features, and functionality (including but not limited to the Wove Score algorithm, design, text, graphics, and logos) are owned by Wove LLC and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works without our prior written consent.
The Services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. Wove scores and recommendations are for informational purposes only and should not be relied upon as medical, health, or professional advice. While we strive for accuracy, we cannot guarantee that our fabric analysis is complete or error-free.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Wove LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Services.
Certain features may require a paid subscription. Subscription terms, pricing, and billing are handled through the Apple App Store. Please refer to Apple's terms for subscription management and cancellation policies.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes by updating the "Last Updated" date. Your continued use of the Services after any changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
We may terminate or suspend your access to the Services at any time, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
